The abcess has nothing to do with mixing water and oil, it is caused by bacterial contamination, most likely in the winny.

Same thing happened to my dog when my vet was sick and a replacement vet gave him his vaccination. It was gross but healed and left no scar after undergoing the same treatment you descibed. Good luck bro.

The same thing did not happen to your dog because dog vaccinations are given sub-cutaneously not IM. So the dog might have had a reaction but it was not the same issue as this.

How do you know that the vet did'nt also inject between the two layers?

I'm sure if his dog went through the same treatment, that the must of had an infection also

DUDE YOURE SUPPOSED TO PUT THE VACCINATION BELOW THE SKIN! I give 500 dogs vaccination shots a week, I don't get what your argument is, your arguing with yourself....
