I Need Your Guys' Help Fast!

Hello, to all.

I need to be in the best shape that I can by Friday (don't worry I'm not looking to go from a beer belly to a six-pack).

I have a casting call for a fashion show, Friday at 11:30 Pacific Standard Time.

Being 2:30 on Wednesday afternoon, what can I do to look my best?

I am at ~12% bodyfat. A quick glance at my training log on the Weightlifting board will show that I am doing all the normal things right: weights 4-5 times a week, cardio 3-4 times a week, strict dieting, carb cycling, etc.

So, I am thinking that I should do an hour of cardio tonight, along with abs, then an hour Thursday morning and night, and an hour Friday morning before I leave for campus.

I also think that I should drop my carbs to only vegetables, ingest only fats from fish and ANPB, drop my sodium intake, and gradually decrease my water intake (much a bodybuilder competitor does for the coming days of a contest).

What do you guys think?

All input is appreciated!

Hey, Whenever i feel "bloated" i do the following things.

VERY LOW CARB DIET. I mean 20% Carbs. And no carbs at all after 4pm. I also have some slow acting protein overnigh to protect my muscles.

Do some AM Cardio for this week. Maybe pick up some Ephedrine and Aspirin at the Local Gas station?

Am cardio would be key here tho, This week your DIET IS GOING TO HAVE BE PERFECT, NO ESCUSES,

Dont go crazy, but be very very strict. Besides its one week bro ya know. you obvisouly know your shit too, doing good.

P.S. Ive been dying to get into the biz like that. Model or something. Whats the best way to get started?

just to be sure, and dont post it if you dont want: do you have any serious diuretics on hand? Aldactone? Lasix? if that does not sound familiar to you, dont even go there...

If not, hit GNC and ask them for the most serious diuretic they have: taraxatone is worth doing. Follow directions and you will notice meaningful changes. Be sure to nix carbs down to below 100 grams/day until d-day, too....

agree with Chef, for such a quick change, water is all you want to get rid of: drop carbs, drop sodium and pop the diuretics
