no one gives me advice and replys after i post... maybe im wrong.
the only people that i talk to are Bfold, Wizkid, and C Ditty..

I remember a post that quite a few people posted on when you had asked for help with your deadlift. That's not the only one.

Most people won't post if they don't think they have a good answer for you. Myself included. You should't take that as people not liking you, though. They just don't want to give bad advice. Or, they may have the same question themselves, and are waiting for the answer same as you.
