For some reason my shoulder pinches when ever I do the bench press. It's not even that really, it's just that I can't handle as much weight as if i were to do dumbells. So I figure I should surround my chest routine /w mostly incline and decline movements. Will I be missing out if I were to skip the bench??

decline bb 3sets 8,8,6
weighted dips 3sets 10,8,8
cable x-over 1 set 12
