I hate the bench press.. can i get away doing inclines?

For some reason my shoulder pinches when ever I do the bench press. It's not even that really, it's just that I can't handle as much weight as if i were to do dumbells. So I figure I should surround my chest routine /w mostly incline and decline movements. Will I be missing out if I were to skip the bench??
Here's a new routine I would like to try out.. please critique =)

**warm-up 2 sets
**incline(low angle) db's 3sets 10,8,6
decline bb 3sets 8,8,6
weighted dips 3sets 10,8,8
cable x-over 1 set 12
 
I think it's fine bro. I've gone off the flat bench for months at a time with no problems, long as I keep up the inclines and/or declines. You no worry!
