yeah well heres why it seems fishy.
ive had this box for 10 years.
in the ten years ive many many packages of all kinds delivered, probably hundreds. when it was too big for my box , id say 90% of the time they just left a key for one of the large boxes.
in the past 2 months i have had 2 gear packs delivered there. now all the sudden i get this card.
if i go to pick it up and its something i dont recognize the RA on, should i just say "i dont want it, throw it away?"
or am i being way too paranoid?

Everyone in this forum has a tendency to be too paranoid. Theres no harm in going to see what the package is. If it looks fishy, just say you didn't order that item and that they must have the wrong name and address.
Possibly, just a new prodcedure..
