it said i'm at 16%

we did the caliper method...

i also stood on the tanita scale and it said 20% which i doubt was anywhere accurate since i've read that those scales are highly inaccurate.

anyway i'm just sharing because i always whine i don't know what it is.

i'm assuming that's a half decent bodyfat, since i haven't been at all strict with my diet and i haven't been training much, if at all, in the past few months. and if i'm not mistaken that's less than "normal" women generally, right?

i'd like to take it a bit lower.

lol

this winter i'm going to try to get at least a 3-4 day/wk routine going and really try to keep the protein up.

i'm done with school in april so that will be even better as well.

hopefully i can go straight from school to a design job (in a perfect world, right?) :)

Thats really good girl:) Especially w/ being in school and having a crazy schedule...its hard i know!! Goodluck w/ school this next quarter and keep your head up!

So howlong is your winter break? Does school run in quarters? Will you return to the states for work?

unfortunately my break wasn't as long as i would have liked and i spent a lot of the time working on my website... i fly home tomorrow and then the day after i'm returning to school (we have 2 semesters, fall and winter).

when that's done i'm hoping to find a job in the US.

and thanks new@ :)

i seriously will be training because the lack of training last term didn't help my stress level.

16%, that's awesome! You must have great metabolism, most of us average folk have to try much harder just to break 20% :)

I'd say once you got back to training and dieting you'll have no problem getting to your lower goal. Keep up the good work.

If you are blessed with such a superior metabolism and are already thin, then why would you want to be leaner?

Would it not make more sense to eat more quality food and put on some quality mass WITHOUT worrying so much about bf%?

You do realize that NOBODY becomes Vicky Gates by happenstance, right? So then why the leanness obsession?

Not trying to be a bitch, I am just unclear about your goals.
