I did Westside for the first time today!

well today is tomorrow now and well I have a good soreness in my tri's way up high at the top anyway rest and relaxing today
 
Thats a pretty good workout. The above writer is right-dump the dips. Dips are not any good for your shoulders, also I learned to NOT train to failure much on the Westside system because unlike bodybuilding training you only have about 3 days to recover instead of 5 or 7 days with traditional bodybuilding routines. Also try more dumbell extensions with a mini band wrapped around your back-try multiple low rep sets not taken to failure-this will increase your tricep strenght fast-Mel
 
Everything looks good. But just because its chest day dosn't mean neglect the back. I do just as much back work on this day. 4-6 sets of 6-10 reps depending on weight and rest. Drop the dips though. Good luck I love this kind of training. You set and meet your short term goals almost every week.
