S Shark01 New member Nov 25, 2002 #12 A lot of good responses, I'd like to ask if anyone does any sissy squats? A lot of places sell these little machines for $200 and watching the animation, it looks like an awesome stretch. You can weight them up by holding a plate against your gut.
