I am King of the leg press... another 20 lbs PR!

I've gone up 20 lbs each week for the last three weeks on the leg press. Last week I got my weight for 2 reps. This week I got it for 4 reps... then went up 10 lbs for another 4 reps... then another 10 lbs for 2 reps... another 20 lbs PR!

I am very happy. :)
 
Unless you weigh over 600 lbs I can also do your weight. ;)

J/K good job man! Nothing succeeds like success. With the confidence you should have from the last three weeks you'll be able to hit PRs all over the place.
 
wow, thats unreal. proving once again that age doesnt mean shit. I hope i can be in just as good of shape as you and some of the others guys on this board as the years go on.

O i saw my 87 year old great grandfather actually run, not far only about ten feet to pretend to chase another younger relative. He just bolted out of no where, shocked the hell out of me.

anyways, congrats, keep pushing!!!

Thats really impressive progress. It sounds like you are making the best progress of your life! That really blows me away. It seems like 5x5 does you some good, and then some. :)

that's how I feel... I feel like I'm scoring the benefits of 5 x 5 training... and the benefits seem to be long term gains.
