I am feeling scammed... Moderator approved complaint

LAST YEAR... I went in with my good friend (and elite fitness member) Spidey to purchase some dbol from someone who came highly recommended. I still have not recieved the gear or refund. I have stayed quiet because Spidey made the deal and set it up, so I have let it go until now, giving him time to sort it out. But 4 months is a long time to wait! First, the package never arrived. Then, after a series of back-and-forth emails and intervention by some of his friends (moderators at another site), the source agreed to re-send through the other moderators, who would then forward our gear on to us. The last I heard from Spidey, no one had heard from this guy. It was not a huge order, so it's not so much about the $ as it is about getting screwed. I could have accepted that I wasn't getting anything, took my time to bitch about it, and then moved on. But I have been strung along and strung along some more. So I am now coming forward to reveal the identity of this person - RoyalTee. Alot of people say he is a good guy, but my experience has been different! I hope no one else gets screwed like I did.

the way i see it, if you get screwed make it public, mods don't know everything about every situation, plus there are a LOT of other discussion boards you can rail his ass on

dont blame the mods though as most if not all of them are very reputable guys who truly are looking out for everyone's best interest.

some sources are just not reliable at times. its an unfortunate part of the game.

I can probably explain that better than HM.

I went back and forth with RT for a while and when he stopped answering my emails, I went and posted the problem on the secure forum at fitnessgeared. In no time, RT was emailing me all pissed off 'cause he was worried about his rep. OK, we went back and forth for another month or two and then he stopped answering again so I went to the secure forum again. A mod there is close friends with RT and promised to look into it for me. After ANOTHER month or two, this mod PM's me and says he has worked it out with RT. Apparently, RT owes him some gear too and RT was supposed to send the gear he owed the mod and the gear he owed me (and HM) to a mutual friend of both the mod and RT. This friend was then supposed to confirm delivery and send it on to the mod, who was going to take out what he was owed and send the rest to me.

The reasons given to me for this rather complicated solution were: 1) packages from the UK were getting more scrutiny than packages from this other country and 2) the idea was for this mutual friend to confirm that RT had indeed sent the package.

RT had claimed to have sent my package originally but I never recieved it; no seizure notice either. It just evaporated.

Out of respect and appreciation for this FG mod trying to help me out, I delayed putting this out on the boards. However, I couldn't ask my friend, HM, to stay quiet any longer. After all, he got screwed too.
