I must agree that a cursory review of the evidence would indicate that HugeWannabe is both a scammer and a fool. If he feels compelled to make any additional comments I would suggest that he hire counsel to speak for him as he has done nothing to help himself but appears to have dug the hole a little deeper.
Scammers suck but are everywhere in life - whenever you part with your $$$ there is always a chance that you will never get what you think you are getting.

I happen to be lucky enough to call Mr. MVMAXX a close friend. I trust him unconditionally with my money, wife and kids.

Your mistakes have already been made, IP's logged, your access patterns mapped and soon your ISPs will be contacted. Your are not as anonymous as you think you may be. Please look at the case he built against you with just the rope you gave him, chances are you have only seen the tip. In the end it will be far cheaper to return the 1k. A smart man knows when to fold; now we get to see how smart you are.

i compiled a little list of things to do.
1. the chelsea smiler - cut the sides of his mouth and kick him in the nuts. and they seperate their mouths when they scream.
2. squeeze one of his balls with a pair of pliers. he can live with one for the rest of his life. the pain is out of this world
3. poor hot oil on his groin and burn it.
4. acid on the face gives scarring for life- a bit harsh this one.
im sure someone else can add to this list.
scammers in BB ruin it for everyone. the honourable thing to do is give back the money. If you don't, you deserve the hell that you will no doubt get, and deserve. i cant imagine a fate worse then getting beaten up by a gang of roid raged BB with an attitude. look at it this way, give the money back, call it quits, never come back to this board again and live, or else live in fear forever until they hunt you down. lets hope that u do the right thing. and i wouldnt expect any less.
