I'D RATHER BE DEADLIFTING

Today was ME squat/dl day and we had planned on maxing our sumos today for quite some time. I was a bit pissed a few weeks ago when my left hammy started acting up when I tried to pull wide. Not sure what it is, but it still doesn't feel 100%. So anyway, a few weeks ago I decided if the day of our max if I didn't feel 100%, I'd go conventional. So, although my sumo had surpassed my conventional, I had to do what I had to do....and am I glad I did!!
