second week of doing overhead squats, and I think I got my form a little better this time around.
halfway throught the second time, my arms started going backwards while still staying over my hips when I squatted, and I am now able to stick my rear end back far enough for me to go deep. before I was half ass squating and the bar was just over my head and my knees going past my toes.
another thing I had noticed, and this also goes for regular squats, is that I needed to have some weight on the bar to actually get the feel of the movement from the weight holding me down. we'll see how my other sets go.
