hi i'm french, and i train for about one year, i took about 20 lbs since i began and i have a pb with my back>>
my upper back is (naturally) fat, big and not deffine at all>>i don't wan't mass AT ALL but become more ripped ... i imagined to change the training of my back by doing more reps (about 50 for exple) and i would like to know what you think about it...(the fat on my back was here before i began trainning and i am naturally quite defined elsewhere )
