my arms are whats really lacking on me im going to be running a cycle of
test suspension weeks 1-6 700mgs a week
fina weeks 1-6 100mgs eod
dbol 30mgs weeks 1-4
eq weeks 1-10 400mgs

my question is whenever i cycle my arms never get noticably bigger should i site inject the susp into my arms will that do the trick or something else help a brotha out thanks!

Three things that are helping my arms lately:

1. Add reverse grip bench on smith machine for triceps.
2. Use doggcrapp's stretching method for biceps.
3. Hit biceps more often in the week (as high as three times).

If that don't work just get some synthol. :D

EDITED TO ADD: For bicep stretch I use precher bench and hold it with ez bar, not the way dc suggested.

I started to get some good growth in my arms lately by cutting down on the # of sets. I only train biceps and triceps directly once during the week (of course they get indirect work on chest/shoulder/and back days). I'm only doing close grip bench, lying skull crusher and pressdowns for triceps and ez curl, dumbell and machine preacher curls for biceps. Whats your current program like?

How many sets of each?

This has much to do with genetics. My arms grow like weeds, but my chest is slow to respond. Also my traps arent so great. Try different routines and see which give you positive results, everyone is different.-WULF

Re: Squats?

Squats are by far the best excercise for putting on mass all over your body.

And legs release growth hormones.

I'm been trying this new workout that seems to be going well. The premise is weight acclimation. Basically, the first set is only 2-3 reps of lightweight. For example, I'll start with the bench bar with 10's on each side for 3 reps. The I’ll do 4 sets of 6 with heavier weight.

I gradually increase the weight until I can barely get the 6th rep up. It's no good to over train your arms. They actually get smaller when you over train them. Keep in mind; the bicep is the smallest muscle group on the body.

I'll do 2 different exercises (usually 1 straight bar curl and 1 dumbbell curl exercise) for a total of 8 sets. I've done bicep injections and I don't personally think it makes a difference where you shoot the gear. I do agree that squats help increase total body mass since legs do release growth hormones. Hope this helps.

Keep it simple. The body is a great piece of science. If you train it hard enough it will compensate for what it lacks, to a point of course.

I think if you need to do more than 6 sets of biceps than you are not doing them right. Focus on 6-8 reps and do about 4-5 sets and just push yourself like a freak. Triceps are a bit different, but find 2-3 good exercises that blast your tris and hit them with the same crazy intensity and maybe 6-8 sets. Even on gear, I would not train arms more than once every five days. The muscle needs time to repair otherwise it doesn't grow.

The bottom line is this. If you want it to grow, then you have to push yourself. Train hard and don't follow other people's dumb advice in the gym. Find exercises that work very well for you, do good form and train like your life depends on it.
