assume a light cutting AAS cycle. (just to preserve muscle mass as much as possible)
I have ECA, T-3, clen, t-rex. I am 5'6" 180#'s @18%bf.
I started a 1900-2100 calorie a day diet 2 weeks ago (I start my cycle in a week), but havent started any supps yet....was planning on starting them about the second week of my 8 week aas cycle. I would love to get down to about 8% bf...not sure if that is possible in the next 12 weeks or so.
any help on how to runn all the supps is greatly appreciated....meanwhile i will keep lurking/learning about the diet part.
