I just got off a bench program and my new 1 RM is about 230. I've been training for a year and some change. I started at a whopping 85 lbs 1 RM! With respect to myself, I've made gains.

6' 2", 10% bf and I did 5x5 at 155 lbs last week.
I've never tried 1RM and I always do incline bench with the same weight as my first, and flat bench my second exercise. But I suspect my 1RM is not much higher.
Long arms make it harder to lift heavy, eh?
