That seems more like cheating....At least the shorter distance...

A small arch in the back is proper benching form. As long as your ass/ hips are still on the bench you are ok. Some people you will see raising their ass off the bench which is not good.
 
My PB is 455lbs x 1 rep

I do 12 reps with 315 lbs.

I am up to 405 lbs. for 7 reps and inlcine bench is up to 365 lbs for 6 reps. seated shoulder press in also 365 lbs. but only for 4 reps and deads are up 560 lbs for 1 rep. I almost passed out doing that deadlift but I got that fucker up and i almost shit myself in the process as well. Oh the crap we do to entertain ourselves HAHA.

haha yea well i was 95lbs freshm an year in highschool wasnt hard to keep a 6 pack lol put on some mass for me is a different story

you seated shoulder press is ridiculous! I call BS :heart: hahaha

And you know you gotta entertain yourself and everyone else when you pull that much weight off, flex in the mirror and take a look around at everybody and everyone knows youre the alpha male haha

As for the flexing, I can't bring myself to do it. I have a couple of buddies in the gym that dwarf me, (one of the is a workout partner to and Olympia finalist) and he ever saw me do that he would totally kick my ass and clown me for the rest of my life.
Actually Alcz is super strong too in that deparment. He's probably one of the strongest guy in the forum and for his weight, he's one of the strongest guys period.

LOL @ flexing, thats all i do in the gym. If someone is bigger i lay off it a little, but for the most part me and my buddy sometimes just go to the best mirror and flex. Cant flex in a mirror that makes you look smaller, just makes you more mad but i guess that would help with your lifts lol

Maxed out at 405lb for 1 rep and that was at 170lb a few years ago. Havent maxed out since my injury or since i gained more muscle. Deads were at 465 for 10 reps, never maxed out. And my squats were at 465 for 8reps.
 
right now i weight 195lbs my 1rep is 345lbs (no calculator lol) ill be happy when i get up 4 plates n still be under 2hun

damn fool im 193 you look 210 at least. Im tryin to put up 375 after my test/anadrol/deca cycle. 405 would be sick!
