LOL @ flexing, thats all i do in the gym. If someone is bigger i lay off it a little, but for the most part me and my buddy sometimes just go to the best mirror and flex. Cant flex in a mirror that makes you look smaller, just makes you more mad but i guess that would help with your lifts lol

As for benching my long term goal (as in, I wana do this in my lifetime) is to to bench 500lbs for a few reps raw, I dont care if my ass comes off the bench it would still be sick, like the guy is doing at 0.53 of this video. Although Im not built for bench Iv got longer arms so I might have to drop that down to 405, lol
