375x4. deadlift 575 using straps.500 squatx5 1200x10 leg press.all last year. was on prop, tren ace and beastdrol.5ft8 214lbs. took 2 months off and just getting back into the groove done 315x3 this past tue

I benched 150 for an easy 5 reps before I broke my hand. Hopefully I can bench more when I'm back. I'm 16, and weak.

Just hit 365lbs on Incline today for the first time unassisted and hit that shit 6 times too. I haven't done flat bench for at least 4 months now and my shoulders are very happy with me for that fact.

i can DB press 140 lb's ( 2 x 70 lb DB ) 15 reps. this is performed at a 25 degree angle, arms never break parallel and i do not lock out. ( 3\5 range of motion) each rep takes a full 5 seconds. 75 seconds total. 45 seconds later i perform another set in the same fashion.

this is repeated 3 - 4 times. try to do this one time.

as far as a one rep max............ who cares other than peeps who powerlift exclusively. much respect for those dudes but it serves no purpose in bodybuilding and is actually counter productive.

Ya maximum lifts aren't really good for much if your main focus is looks.

I train for strength and size and strength in general is important to me. I pretty much train like a powerlifter.

If I was strictly bodybuilding I could care less what my maxes were.

Current max bench 2.5 months back into the gym is probably 260-270.

415x1 couple months ago. I dont max much. Its risky esp @ my age but sometimes you just cant help it. Have had shoulder surgery so I limit it. I use reppin 225 to gauge my strength more often. Got 225x26 about a month ago. Im 46 yrs old, 6'3", 275lb.

outstanding bro! i'm 46, 6'4 245. i usually work with DB's but occasionally
i'll use the bar and rep out 225x20 for burn \ warmup. never tried to find
my max rep with 225 but i'm sure it wouldn't exceed 26. i use a 3/5
range of motion. it keeps the pecs under constant tension and is really
more difficult than full range. stopping with arms parallel to ground
also has the advantage of minimizing risk of injury.

405 lbs x 2-3

I'm 5'8" and 200 lbs
