Hello I’m 22 years old and I have a bird chest very skinny.
I’m 145 lbs and I like to bulk up more and get me more wide chest the buddy of mine he’s more stocky and he trains his chest like 3 or 4 times a week but he ended up getting an injury where he tore his chest muscle and now he can’t train for like 8 weeks
my question to all is how many times a week should you be training your chest if you want to build a nice big chest and strong?
