Shows me that you know nothing about lifting heavy and makes me understand why bodybuilders keep injuring themselves benching heavy.
I have seen thousands of reps done heavy by powerlifters and seen only a few bounces..On the other hand it is much more common to see ego driven bodybuilders bounce the weight off their chests which I have seen over 100 times easily.
Wraps dont help you lift more weight in benching they just protect your wrists and most powerlifting benching is done without a shirt. A shirt is to help you protect your delts/pecs while pausing and yes you can lift a little more weight with them generally speaking.
A powerlifter has to PAUSE the weight on their chest during a contest (I have done 2 contests) so why would they bounce in training?
