Thinking about giving it a shot. Perhaps heating some olive oil and mixing in some garlic and red pepper for a moment before throwing in a couple cans of tuna. Once its all nice and cooked place it on some brown rice.

Anyone try anything like this?

doesn't work good brah. The tuna started flying all over the place for me. Buy some tuna steaks if you dont like can tuna or make some wraps.

All the time! I pure a little olive oil in a non-stick frying pan, saute some diced jalapenos, add tuna and some cheese (the cheese also helps it stay together). I usually eat it like this but it is also great as a sandwich.
