I'm currently on 2000-2100, cutting, when bulking, 3 steps: first to 2500, then to 3000 and max 3500... otherwise I explode like a balloon.

DZLS New member Feb 15, 2006 #67 right now i'm trying to take in about 3500-3600, and slowly up it to 4200... if i start to see any signifigant fat gain though, i'll be decreasing that number by 100 per week...

To maintain or lose, I was following the current weight x 11-14 rule. That'll get me in the 1600-2000/day range. No?

cityhick New member Feb 17, 2006 #69 I am at 2200-2500 cutting with doing cardio. 3500-4000 when bulking all clean of course.
