How many calories do you guys increase in your diet when bulking?

Going to run EQ, How many calories do you guys increase in your diet when bulking?

Im considering running EQ 400-600mg for 16 weeks and to put on some lean mass without holding water. Im 24 6'1 230 around 15% bf im guessing.

I was planning on adding 500 cals a day in my diet since that would be around a lb a week. I guess after a few weeks I'd have to keep increasing the caloric intake to still make gains...Advice?

when bulking I just try to eat a lot, even off cycle i try to eat a lot. ill even take a weight gainer post workout. but when cutting ill drop it real low. sorry i don't have any exact numbers, I don't count.
 
The easiest way for me to keep my dieting schedule is by manipulating the cals in my protien drinks. When bulking I use a weight gainer drink with a shitload of calories(around 800) 3x a day in addition to 3 meals of 50 grams of protein, 100 grams of carbs, and a serving of fibrous carbs/veggies. Once I start getting a little fat I know I'm getting too many calories so I'll switch 1-2 of my weight gain drinks into a meal replacement type drink with about a 50:50 carb:protein ratio. When dieting I use a whey protien/low carb drink. By doing this I can easily manipulate my calories from day to day without really switching up the normal meals/portions I eat 3x/day.

I don't advise u to take EQ alone since it'll shut u down; add a low dose of test like 250mg/week with an AI (e.g. AIFM) of u don't want to bloat or add proviron.

As for me when i'm bulking i try to take between 4000-5000 cals per day; High protein, moderate carbs and low fat

will not adding any test to the cycle cause erection problems?

BTW I haven't used steroids in 2 1/2 years. Previous cycles were 2 cycles of sust 500 mg for 8 weeks, and a 6 wk cycle of anavar.

I do the same thing.
