How long does deca stay in your system after last shot ?? Please answer

Hi there, any answer on my post below. Still worried of being tested for drug test.
Meantime, i been drinking lots of water, hot ginger drinks, fruit juices to clear my urine system.
I'm into ISSF shooting events. They do urine test but not sure its check for drug performance or beta blockers.
