How hard are glute shots??

ive never done a glute shot yet...all my shots have been in my quads..but im about to start FINA ED and well i dont think I can put 42 Fina injections in my Quads...so im gonna be using my gluts also...how hard is it to do urself?...im really worried about hitting that sciatic nerve near there..how common is that?

Easy. Not sure if this is a good idea, but I sit down and just go for the outer quadrant. The nerve lies somewhere on the area that you are sitting on...

don't sweat it bro. just finishing up a 14 week tren cycle, and I've never done a glute shot. not on this cycle or any other. tren is painless and you can shoot anything you can reach. just make sure there are no major veins or nervs. I've been doing 1.5 ml ed using quads. traps, tris side delts, rear delts and lats. I would'nt recomend the rear delts on a first cycle. and oly shoot max .7 ml each. good luck

Or use a big wall mirror if you cannot rotate your back. Approach with your right hand from the right and your left hand from the left side of your body, so you can use one hand for stabilising and one hand for pulling and pushing the plunger (sp?).

I never did glute shots, too. But when scar tissue in my quads became intolerable, I gave it a try and was really pissed I didn´t do it before. No pain at all, no soreness, perfect to inject big loads of oil.

they're impossible for me. i don't have the flexibility for that. i have to have a workout partner or a gf do it for me.
