should i do cardio burn like 500cals,and basically eat PROTEIN for that day than the next day go back to diet i was following or should i just skip the cardio and follow the diet?

i'd say just keep going at your diet and keep intensity of cardio same until you don't see results, then either increase cardio time or intensity.

after a cheat day I always throw an extra 15 min. of cardio in.....my diet just goes back to where it was.

doofaloofa, I don't think you really need to do anything differently after a cheat day. Just pick up where you left of with the diet and workout routine, that's always tough enough for me.

just try to get back into the groove of things getting back to the diet will be hard enough man.

Plus i like the idea of not viewing a cheat day as cheating but rather as a refeed. On " cheat" days within my diet period i dont actually cheat. I just take in more carbs then i am allowed on a normal day. Those carbs will be mainly complex though. Any kind of carb will taste like heaven when im on a diet. So cheating for me is a nice big bowl of oatmeal :p
