Something different everymonth, for the last 6 weeks I have been on a 3 day split, soon will start a 5 day split, do that and then something different again in about 4 weeks,
also I take a one week break about every 10 weeks.
Lately with a new job, it is simply hard to get into the gym when I want to,
This working for a living is really cutting into my gym time!
