OH no no my friend! I totally agree! I went to Nevada to visit LVtitan and loved that whole Nevada and Arizona area. No doubt! I'mm thinking of buying property over there. But now I hear that real estate aint so good like it used to be over there. So now I don't think I will buy. Unless you can confirm this for me?

So Tyson moved? It had to be within the past 4 yrs or so cuz I remember seeing him on his motorcycle riding through the Ahwatukee Foothills not too long ago. Jenna just bought a strip bar in Scottsdale. No shortage of Mexi-gear here (yet anyways) as far as I've seen. Sammy the bull was a surprise for everyone here. He wouldv'e never been caught but his kids were way out of control. Cops here are overzealous-they'll block off a whole freeway during rush hour traffic if you decide to try to evade and elude. Anyway, Sammy's kid and posse used to host fight club style fights in the bottom of empty swimming pools. One kid got his ass beat so bad his parents filed charges and it started this huge investigation into the family(relocated here under the fed witness protection program). The real incriminating evidence was videotapes of some of the fights and sammy's kid seen overseeing the whole gig. This is eventually what lead the cops to the X ring. Mom and sis copped a plea and got probation. Sammy is probably never getting out. I think his kid got like 20 yrs? Ouch.

Carth-check out Queen Creek, Ocotillo, and Laveen for home prices-lots of new stuff going on there as far as homes are concerned.

tyson has had the house here for a long time, he's always had a home in vegas, and spends lots of time here. current house here he's been in i'd say around ten years.
yeah sammy is fucked, he will get killed in jail i'm sure, now that he's no longer under witness relocation, only a matter of time till the 'boss's' send a torpedo his way... oh well, he got a second chance and still couldnt go legit.. !! but yeah, when he got popped, i closed up shop too
