How bad is Mayo?

How bad is real mayo compared to a light mayo? It difficult for me to make turkey sandwhiches without mayo, I was just wondering is light that bad or maybe fat-free is the way to go. Also anyone know a good way to kick brown rice up a notch?

if it fits into your daily diet then fine. If you need some more fats, then go for the reg., if not then hit up the fat free. I would say try to chose a mayo made with safflower oil, they should sell it it your grocery store.

Mayonaise contains saturated fats for the most part. So I guess it's better to eat light mayo, and when you need fats simply go for something with (poly) unsaturated fats (olive oil, flaxseed oil, etc).

They have diff. types of mayos with canola oils, etc that are more healthy than regular mayo. I use fat free mayo.

Use mustard on your sandwiches instead......

As for brown rice -- salsa, Salt Free Seasonings, cook it with a salt free broth to kick it up, hot sauce.......

i have miricle whipp light, only 1.5 grams fat.. i use it like 2 times a week with my tuna.. but doing to cut it out completely in a few weeks...
