How are you supposed to eat on DNP???

plan on doing 250mg of powder ed for 30days --- saw alot of threads on effects---how the hell are supposed to eat

cal deficit
low carb
low fat
.............. someone tell me what/how to eat specifically.............
 
Fuck it, I just eat normally and try to reduce your calories a little. Nothing too drastic. And if you start feeling nauseous, drink some coke or eat some fruit (I prefer liquid sugar to get in your system faster).

But really, the shit works whether you stick to your diet or not.
 
But, it works much better if you stick to a proper diet. Just like anything else. What the hell is the point in putting your body through that if you are not going to get the most out of it. A low to moderate carb, high protein, low fat diet works best for me. lthough I am sure others will have different opinions.
 
Of course if you have your diet in order you will get better results. However, I think too many people when it comes to diets take an 'all or nothing' attitude, and once they fuck up, they toss the diet out the window. The gist of my post was that he shouldn't sweat the small shit and just do the best he can.
 
Read to keep cals at maitnance my bmr is just under 2500 then do 33-33-33 ................. does that sound right???
 
Can you please update on your results with DNP. I'm very interested, but I hear the side effects are horrible. I'm trying to lose about 4% bodyfat and I'm not sure of what the best approach is. Thanks!

I'd reduce your calories to below maintenance, I actually go to about 50% of maintenance for about 5 days, then ride out the post DNP 5 days at around 75% of maintenance. Also I don't agree with the 33-33-33. There is no reason to take in any fats, or carbs really, other than to have the energy enough to get around. I do probably a 60-30-10, at the low K levels listed above, with the carbs coming only from Pepsi and / or Apples.

This method has produced dramatically better results than any other method. And if you're going to do DNP, it's a short time lined thing, be strict and get the most out of it. If discipline is a problem, you're dieting with the wrong drug anyway.
 
here is what I was informed to do

at a low dosage, you should be a little under your Maintenance calories, but at the dosages that most use for their 7 day runs, Maintenance level is suggested. Iso-caloric diets have been recommended before (33-33-33), but I was told to do a
60-30-10:c/p/f ratio. Carbs are essential on DNP, as they are needed at the mitochondrial level (where it all takes place). they can be lowered, but not eliminated. This advice was given to me by a very knowledgable bro.
 
I also read that extra pyruvate could aide in fat reduction on dnp...any insights.....

Im starting at 250 (250caps) and once I get used to that (if poss.) bump to 500 for as long as I can stand it or until Im out of caps..........

I have considered DNP for a while....Finally decided to take the plunge....took a while to find it too......
