How about this diet?

I'm 5'8 168 pounds with a little gut. My goal is to get down to 150 at least and i'm trying to get cut at the same time so here is my diet. Please give some advice. Thanks!

25 mins of cardio before Breakfast
8:00 Breakfast: 5 egg whites, cup of oatemeal/water

10:00 Snack:Tuna Fish in the can, some Almonds, and a Protien Bar.

12:00 Lunch: Grilled Chicken/Squash/Broccoli

6:00 Workout at the gym at nights and more cardio.

8:00 Dinner: Lean Meat, Apple, some sunflower seeds/walnuts, and a protien shake.

need to eat between 12:00 and 8 for sure...way to long without food

like jk said, post up the macros (caloric breakdown)
 
Id get rid of the protein bar...those things are a waste most of the time and they have alot of sugar sometimes.
