I'm 5'8 168 pounds with a little gut. My goal is to get down to 150 at least and i'm trying to get cut at the same time so here is my diet. Please give some advice. Thanks!
25 mins of cardio before Breakfast
8:00 Breakfast: 5 egg whites, cup of oatemeal/water
10:00 Snack:Tuna Fish in the can, some Almonds, and a Protien Bar.
12:00 Lunch: Grilled Chicken/Squash/Broccoli
6:00 Workout at the gym at nights and more cardio.
8:00 Dinner: Lean Meat, Apple, some sunflower seeds/walnuts, and a protien shake.
