Hey everyone I'm 26, 5ft 11,205lbs.I believe I am around 15 percent body fat even though machine told me less I haven't got a chance to do a pinch test for accuracy.I was wondering if anyone can give me a good cardio plan??also if anyone is familiar with HITT that can explain it to me so i. Could try it out.I started cutting earlier this year and have already cut 30lbs of fat.and I have a pretty good diet.

do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for about 30 minutes at 75% max heart rate.

HIIT is High Intensity interval training.

Lets say you ran on a track. You would sprint the turns and jog the straights, and do this for about 12-15min. This will shed fat like nobody's business. You basically just want to jack your heart rate for brief periods of time. I would do this style of cardio 3 times a week. You can do Sprints, Swimming, Eliptical, Stair climber, Bike, etc...

Like Rikishi said, it's best to do the cardio on a empty stomach. Give it a crack man and good luck!!!

Thanks rick ya I've been doing 9 intervals at 45secs sprints with 10 sec rest in between at full incline which is 15 on treadmill.seen major difference.only thing is I can't do it on empty stomach or feel like I'm gonna faint:(

Try some gatorade before you go to raise your blood sugar slightly.

Interval training is what you want.
For 20 mins on the running machine do 1 minute jog 1 min sprint.
So basically jogging is your recovery time.
Also set both your jogging and running speed on the treadmill so you have to hit that speed.

Beware it's tough but the fat will burn right off you!!

This is great for boosting stamina as well.
When I first started I think it was 9.5km/h jog speed and 15.5km/h sprint speed. I did it for 15 minutes. Felt exhausted :o
Try it out you will feel a difference straight away.
