HIT-ers post your routines

After checking out Cyberpump and reading through a lot of the stuff out there, I'm gonna give this training philosophy a try. One thing I might do that deviates a bit from following it strictly is split my routines. Any other HIT-ers splitting their routines? Right now, I'm thinking about going three days (Back/Bi, Chest/Tri, Legs/Shoulders, abs on leg and Chest day, lower back on back day), but I'm not sure if that is a good way to go. One thing I'm definitely going to do is cut down on volume, crank up intensity and recover. I was going nowhere fast with volume training, and I've had some of the hardest workouts of my life lately following HIT philosophy.

Anyone proscribing to the school of HIT got any other advice for a HIT newbie?

I'm kinda doing the same routine right now.....this is what mine looks like:
day 1: chest, tri's
day 2: back, shoulders
day 3: legs, bi's

I just switched from a two on, one off routine that I didn't really like that much.....I buddy of mine swears by this routine so I'm gonna give it a try.

I'm doing 1 on 2 days off. I do 2 sets per exercise taken to + failure.
Wrkout1: Bench press, DB flies, Tri pull downs
Wrkout2: Squats, calf raises, leg curls
Wrkout3: Rows, Pulldowns, Deadlifts, Mil press, Inc DB curl
