Hey everyone... I know this has been posted back and forth probably about a hundred times on this board.. but.. oh well.
I did the HIIT running routine tonight.. and I got to say.. it kicked my ass.. i only ran for two miles doing 30 second sprints.. and 60 second easy jogs.. and I was sweating like crazy when I was done.
I dont know if the amount of sweat a person puts out in a workout has any correlation to how effective the workout was.. but.. if it does.. then it was one of the most effective cardiovascular routines I have done yet.
I am thusfar a believer in it.. just cause it wore me out so much.
Just for the fun of it again.. what do you all think of this method of training.
