Day 1 Chest - Shoulders – Triceps
Day 2 Biceps – Forearms - Abs
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Back - Abs
Day 5 Legs - Forearms
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Chest – Shoulders – Triceps - Abs
Day 8 Biceps – Forearms
Day 9 Rest
Does this sound better? I tried to get a routine of two days on, then one day off. I'll put up what exercises I'm going to use after I start this workout on about the 20th or so. Any suggestions?
