I'm having constant issues with high hematocrit and rbc values even tho i'm cruising on doctor scripted test at 150mgs/wk.

How long after donation would you get another cbc to check hematocrit and rbc?

It is going to be different for everyone, but you can and should donate whole blood every 8 weeks. You am help yourself and others.

the correct answer is lower your damn TRT dose where it should be. 100-125mg is going to be the #

if your doctor is too stupid to realize that then you need to sue his ass for endangering your health
