I use to have arms very defined and even when I was 180 pounds (yikes) I've always had muscular calves, Actually in the "good old days (teens) I use to be pretty cut, even had a six pack, I was in Tae-Kwon-Do for about 6 years (I'm actually a black belt) and that had me in great shape, then I moved back to the US for a year and BAM all those ben and jerry's double fudge cherry ice cream along with poor self really ruined me... in CR we didn't have so much crap food a decade ago so I stuffed myself when I lived in CA and NJ :s Smuckers PB&J also raised havoc....
