Ok, one last questio for ya :P

Is there something I can eat of as much as I want as many times as I want and wont be much of an issue? (brocolli, cucumber, sweet potato, pop corn... something....)

Lol.. Everything has calories, except water. That said, spinach has very little calories, letuce. Cucumber has small amount, but not enough to eat as much as you want. I'll tell you what, if you get 5 meals with no snacking getting all whole foods, like oats, brown rice, quinoa, batata, small amount of yuca chicken and fish and egg whites you'll lose weight and you won't be hungry if you split it well. If you want exact amount send me a pm.
 
Hi, as soon as I hit the gym again I'll PM you for the diet, I've been MIA from the gym this month since I'm working back to back on a research proyect, nut I should be going back next month :)
I've been eating oatmeal, beans or Chayote for breakfast and brocoli, sweet potato, chayote or beans in lunch/dinner with some protein (chicken, fish, etc)

This is the chayote info in case ur unfamiliar with it:
Edible plant that belongs to the gourd family Cucurbitaceae along with melons, cucumbers and squash. Chayotes are low in calories, 3 ounces contain 24 calories. They are low in sodium, fair source of potassium, is rich in amino acids and vitamin C.
