The calf/arms area dont have much fat, you can actually see the muscle pretty well marked (mostly in person ) which means most of my very high bodyfat is in my thighs, caboose and belly
Thandie.... any supplement you feel comfortable saying might be ok? lipostim, etc or A. am I too chuby for that kinda stuff to work B. that kinda stuff don't really do much....?

Supplements are best when you want to burn the last layers of body fat. They only work for a short while, so your nutrition is what's going to help you get/stay lean. Keep working and lean muscles will show up when you least expected.
