Hi there ^_^

I had a yogurt and a medium carrot for breakfast(it's so early) and then the company bought us all grilled cheese and ham sandwhiches... damn it!

I buy these little jelly tubs in a pack of 12 i think and they have pretty much nothing in them no fat sugar carbs protein but taste good i have them if hungry or to liven up my boring stuff .

Brad.

How's adding vanilla extract to the plain yogurt?

You can add vanilla extract, but make sure it doesn't have sugar in it..

Wow, when I read ur post I thought "why would vanilla extract have sugar? it's vanilla extract...!" :p
Yet when I went to check in the supermarket they all have sugar... WTF why do they do that, I'm buying extract not sweetened extract... I got so mad... didn't buy it..... did get stevia, btw stevia makes me REALLY thirsty... strange

LOL..I know! if you want vanilla without sugar, you have to use the bean.

I have another question ;) oatmeal,. what kind? I automatically imagine the instant type is mega processed and some even sweetened... so what to use? I've been using whole oats which are high in bran (they's are "integral"/brown) or should I just use plain/classic quacker oats or something like that?

No, not instant. Since you live in CR I'm not sure what you can get. However, McAnn's steel cut is very good. My favorite is Coach's Oats, which I order online.

Here they are mostly local brands, the only imports are Quaker, I currently eat some from a brand called Bio-land which is Natural-organic, they are whole oats, kinda brownish and say integral..... they aren't processed in any way....

Hey Thandie, quick question, what do you think about beans? would having a cup of red or black beans for breakfast be a good idea?

Great, then use the Bio-land. That sounds perfect.

Yes, beans are great, I'd just make sure you don't go overboard with carbs there. Beans h
are a great source of protein, but not much of it, however it's higher in carbs. Not that I'm against carbs, actually they help you lose weight, by reving up your metabolism, but don't go nuts.
I hope this is right. I'm on my iPhone.
