Not at all, he's a psycho actually... If he doesn't see pain in me he'll add more weight... little bastard wont give me a written routine because he changes it constantly
, he finally has me doing real weight lifting(bench press) with my arms and chest on this machine

I am still at similar "visual" body fat (in other words I look just as fat as I did
) but now my stomach is all soft and wobbly
trainer told me it's because the "process has started" and I'm gradually loosing weight and gaining shape... All I know is I'm jiggly
but I'm hanging in there, drinking 2/3 gallon every day and going to the gym 3-4 times a week... I must admit I ate cake today though.... shame on me
