Post up everything you eat and drink for two days. Post what you eat, how much you eat and what time you eat. Same thing with drinking. In that list your workouts.
If you do the above in a new thread everyone here will be able to help. What they will do is correct little things that make a big difference. In essense, you will be learning from our mistakes instead of wasting time and effort.
