I'm a mum of a 10month old and need my old body back , I have been training at local gym for 6 months now and am stuck at last 21 pounds that I want to shift , I will try anything !!
Also my stomach does not look like it used to before baby even though I workout abs 5 days weekly ..
Any advice would help as new to this ...
Thanks guys.

Keep it up you are doing great but it's gonna be tough. Eat right, limited proportions and limit calories. Also, go outside and jog, or treadmill and your weight will start to fall.

My small tips is proper diet and proper eating,do not eat more calories. And also excercise every day to reduce your fat....:)

It's not about doing abs. You could do abs all day every day u still won't see them if ones bf is too high.. like stated above its all about diet n cardio..

Try doing some fasted cardio first thing in the morning if able to, this is the best time for being in that fat burning zone. Just keep focused and don't give up and you will get there..

I agree on fasted cardio on an empty stomach, If you need help have 2 cups of coffee, for energy the longer the fast the faster the fat burning goes with it, i usually recommend 12 hr span but you can extend that to either 14-16 hrs for faster fat loss.

These guys and gals nailed it. Working your abs is great, but it won't do you much good if you aren't doing enough cardio and eating properly. Look into an intermittent fasting diet. You have around an 8 hour window to consume your calories, and fast for the rest of the day. When you wake up in the morning, you shoukd be on at least the 12-13th hour of your fast. This is premium fat burning time, as it takes less work for your body to acheive a state of ketosis.

Try sprints, plyometrics, everything! Never let your body get complacent, it will get used to a workout after doing it for awhile, so keep it guessing.

By exercising only 15 - 20 minutes a day will be a great beginning. Exercising more as your body gets use to it is something you must do.:o

*sigh*

We all want to 'lose weight fast.' if it were possible, obesity wouldn't exist.

Just because you've 'been training for 6 months' doesn't mean you're necessarily training correctly. You can train every day for 6 YEARS and if you're doing everything wrong you won't see results.

Rule of thumb: if you're stuck, time to change your diet and/or training. Post them both and we can figure out which one needs tweaking.

I agree with my girl here, sometimes you have to "Shock" the body to get things restarted.

There are guys & gals at the gym i train some have been there for a couple of years and look the same way the day they joined.
