hgh shedule

Hi im just going to start a cycle wich includes 4IU Hgh day and im running insulin with it too.i never used hgh before so i don't really know whats the best timing to take it.i have heard not to take it in the evening because it could affect your own night natural production.so i was thinking into spitting 2 doses of 2IU one in the moring and another after workout 5pm.how do u guys do?also shall i inject insulin each time i inject hgh?

There has been a lot of discussion on HGH scheduling in the Longevity area. My approach is to simply be opposite the normal body release time which is 3-4 hours after the onset of sleep.

So ... If I fall asleep at 10 PM, body releases HGH about 1:30 AM. My injection would be at 1:30 PM.

For two injections ... 1:30 AM followed by injections at 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

You could inject your GH when you wake and after workout.
