hey, thanks for the tips people. I surf a ton, and well, its a great back workout, and i dont think i have seen fat build off of surfing. I did gain a little bit of weight when i was injured during track season. So i had to swim a lot and it sucked. I dont reccomend swimming as a good cardio source if you are trying to get ripped. Swimming also stretches out your muscles and makes them have a longer look. Thats why swimmers have that lanky body type. Aloha
