Here's my diet...

I'll be honest, I don't like it.....for one, I'm not sure about the muscle milk product....too many conflicting stories. You already have too many damn shakes as it is. What is your PW nutition? And the cereals SUCK!!!! Trust me bro, it's processed white flour....even if it says whole grain, it's flour...it's not whole wheat!!

GET SOME OATS!!!!!! REPLACE YOUR CEREALS AND BREADS, OATS, SWEET POTATOES, YAMS,
 
well, i've changed this again since this morning, cause when i get up at 7 to eat and go back to bed, i have a hard time getting my ass out of bed...

so i'm dumping the 7am meal... first meal will be 9:00-9:30 instead, so i can sleep 7 hours straight through without breaking it up...

that eliminates the first bowl of cereal...

PW meal is meal 4, and i can replace the cereal with oatmeal if need be... but i'm gonna stick with the whole grain chex for the first few weeks, and then play it by ear...

what's wrong with 100% whole grain bread...?

maybe i'll get this situated before the end of next week... :fro:
