I too will be spending time after summer packing on muscle and training ready for next April.

I'm really proud of you and you're looking at it the right way. You are still a winner and still rocking the best shape ever! You overcame some challenges and made it up there. It's a great learning experience, too, if you do go forward and compete again. I came away from my first one disappointed at my placing but celebrating the fact that just getting up there makes me a winner and you come away knowing where you need to improve to be more competative.

You looked great!! So happy for you!!
