Babygirl- you really have a nice shape!! its hard to tell the
composition of your body with the full coverage clothing but i'd
say you getting yourself going in the right direction.
do you do cardio? I know most girls like to get hard but not cut
like guys and usually a good cardio program of about 45 min
a day 5-6 times a week with light to moderate weights 4 days
and abs 5 days with get you hard hard hard!! if you mix it with a
well planned low fat(20g or less per day) and
mid range carbs (prob around 60-80g a day) and keep your
protein intake to approx 1g per pound of body weight. I would guess you would se abigger difference in 4-5 weeks than you've seen in the past 7. but you have to stay
strict . thats the keyy to hardness! Check out my pic - give me
some feedback. My pic is about 4 weeks from contest ready.
